We all experience anxiety in our lives. A job interview, an exam, fear of flying or closing an important business deal, all cause the cortisol and adrenalin to pump through our bodies.
For some people, a simple act such as getting up in the morning and catching a bus, makes them so anxious that they are living in fight or flight mode 24/7 and seriously damaging both their physical and mental health in the process. There are ways to counteract high anxiety levels and begin to live a normal life again.
