Identify The Foods Triggering Your IBS
Food often triggers IBS symptoms. Many of us are unaware of the foods we eat affecting our digestive health. In a lot of cases this is because the foods that can trigger an attack aren’t unhealthy foods – many high fibre foods such as fruit, beans, vegetables and grains can bring about symptoms of IBS.
Likewise, the classically unhealthy foods can be responsible for the condition. A poor quality diet can disrupt the natural bacterial profile of the gut that helps with digestion.
